Do I have to buy anything after I register?
No, you don't have to buy anything after you register. Everybody is welcome to drop by any at anytime. As a registered user, you have the privilege to bid on items any time you want.
I registered. Why did I not receive my confirmation e-mail?
You will receive a confirmation message via e-mail shortly after you register. This is to ensure that your e-mail address is valid.
If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of your registration please contact Customer Service at support@auctions4jewellery.com.
Account
Can I register under more than one account?
No. Auctions4jewellery.com will only allow you to register one account per user. In cases that you forget your username or password, please don't create a new account in an attempt to remedy the situation. Instead, click on the Forgot your username or password link when trying to Log In.
You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you registered with so that Auctions4jewellery.com can send you your current Logon ID and Password right away. You may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. Auctions4jewellery.com members are expected to maintain valid and up-to-date contact information (e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number). This is a vital aspect of creating an honest and secure trading environment for Auctions4jewellery.com members.

I am having problems logging in.
The single most common reason for an inability to log in is username/password problems. Before taking any of the steps mentioned below, check your username and password. Make sure your caps lock is off. You can easily tell by looking for the lights on your keyboard. If the light marked "CAPS" or "A" is lit, then hit the "Caps Lock" key to turn it off, and try your username and password again.
If that fails, you will need to ensure your browser's cookies are enabled.
Payment
Do you accept Credit Cards for payment?
Yes, Auctions4jewellery.com will accept all major Credit/Debit cards for payment. Please make sure the billing address on your account matches with the billing address for the credit card or your payments will be denied. If you would like to ship your merchandise to an alternate address, please contact customer service Live Help personnel.
Can I make payment by money order?
Yes, we can accept money order payments. Just make sure you have the correct total for your order. To do so, you can login and go to the payment center as if to make a credit card payment. Select the items you are paying for, but do not commit the order. Remember to put your username on the money order, and enclose the listing numbers your payment is for. Make sure to notify us that payment is in route, and be advised that you still must monitor your account, and request extensions, as needed.
Do you accept personal checks?
If you are within the US we can accept personal checks. Customers outside the US must send an International Money Order in US funds. (If the check is under $500, we process your payment within 48 hours. If the check is over $500, it will be held for up to 10 business days awaiting clearance.)
Bids
What is Autobid?
Autobid is a feature that helps you continue bidding even when you are not at your computer. In order to activate the autobid for a certain product, you need to access the product page and select “Autobid” from the menu. If you activate autobid, by ticking the checkbox on your screen, you are required to introduce a value for “Maximum Amount” and “Increment”.
Maximum Amount – The greatest amount you are willing to pay for the item. For example, if you introduce a value of 700$, that would mean that your bidding will stop when it reaches that limit.
Increment – The number (amount) by which your bidding will increase. For example, your increment is 7$. Every time somebody else places a greater stake than yours, your bid will increase by 7$ until it reaches the limit of 700$ of the maximum amount.
Autobid is only valid during the last 10 seconds of the auction. The auction, however, does not end in such a short period. It only ends when the highest maximum amount of a specific user is reached. For instance three dirferent users activate autobid for the same product, with the maximum amounts of 40$, 50$ and 90$ respectively. The autobid starts at 30$. All three users participate in the bidding during the first few seconds. Once the bid for the product is greater than 40$, the first user gets out of the race. Just in the same way the second autobidder loses the auction once his maximum amount is reached. Thus, the third user wins the auction, because his limit has not yet been reached. He may win the auction at any price lower than his maximum amount and greater than the maximum amount of other users.
Thus, even if you activate autobid, it does not mean you are going to win the auction. Even with the greatest autobid settled, there might be users who will place greater stakes manually.
Do I have to buy the product if I won it on the auction?
No. If you win an auction the product you win goes into your Cashier. You can access it by logging into your account and choosing “Cashier” from the main menu on the top of the page. There, all your won items within the past 7 days will be displayed. For every item there is a checkbox. Thus you may select only the items you want to buy and proceed to checkout. Every item is automatically removed from your cashier, once paid for! If you fail to pay for it within 7 days from the winning date, it will get back on the auction.
I accidentally placed a greater amount than I was going to? How do I cancel my bid?
As mentioned above, even if you accidentally win an item and are not going to pay for it, you can leave it in your cashier, it will be automatically removed in 7 days.

How long does it take for the item to get shipped to you?
Once you pay for the item it may take several days to process your order. It usually does not take longer than 2 business days.

Is shipping charged for each item or can i have more than 1 item shipped together?
All items that are paid for at once are shipped together, even if you won them at different times. In order to pay for more products, use the checkbox next to each item in your Cashier. If, however, you pay for one item and then come back and pay for another one, items will be shipped separately and shipping charges will apply for each parcel. Please remember that products in your cashier are valid only 7 days after you win them! Once this period elapses they will get back on the auction.
